Saheeh International

1. مَا لَكُمْ كَيْفَ تَحْكُمُونَ

   What is [wrong] with you? How do you make judgement?

   الصافات ১৫৪

2. أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ

   Then will you not be reminded?

   الصافات ১৫৫

3. أَمْ لَكُمْ سُلْطَـٰنٌ مُّبِينٌ

   Or do you have a clear authority?

   الصافات ১৫৬

4. فَأْتُوا۟ بِكِتَـٰبِكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ صَـٰدِقِينَ

   Then produce your scripture, if you should be truthful.

   الصافات ১৫৭

5. وَجَعَلُوا۟ بَيْنَهُۥ وَبَيْنَ ٱلْجِنَّةِ نَسَبًا ۚ وَلَقَدْ عَلِمَتِ ٱلْجِنَّةُ إِنَّهُمْ لَمُحْضَرُونَ

   And they have made [i.e., claimed] between Him and the jinn a lineage, but the jinn have already known that they [who made such claims] will be brought [to punishment].

   الصافات ১৫৮

6. سُبْحَـٰنَ ٱللَّهِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ

   Exalted is Allāh above what they describe,

   الصافات ১৫৯

7. إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمُخْلَصِينَ

   Except the chosen servants of Allāh [who do not share in that sin].

   الصافات ১৬০

8. فَإِنَّكُمْ وَمَا تَعْبُدُونَ

   So indeed, you [disbelievers] and whatever you worship,

   الصافات ১৬১

9. مَآ أَنتُمْ عَلَيْهِ بِفَـٰتِنِينَ

   You cannot tempt [anyone] away from Him

   الصافات ১৬২

10. إِلَّا مَنْ هُوَ صَالِ ٱلْجَحِيمِ

    Except he who is to [enter and] burn in the Hellfire.

    الصافات ১৬৩

11. وَمَا مِنَّآ إِلَّا لَهُۥ مَقَامٌ مَّعْلُومٌ

    [The angels say], "There is not among us any except that he has a known position.

    الصافات ১৬৪

12. وَإِنَّا لَنَحْنُ ٱلصَّآفُّونَ

    And indeed, we are those who line up [for prayer].

    الصافات ১৬৫

13. وَإِنَّا لَنَحْنُ ٱلْمُسَبِّحُونَ

    And indeed, we are those who exalt Allāh."

    الصافات ১৬৬

14. وَإِن كَانُوا۟ لَيَقُولُونَ

    And indeed, they [i.e., the disbelievers] used to say,

    الصافات ১৬৭

15. لَوْ أَنَّ عِندَنَا ذِكْرًا مِّنَ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ

    "If we had a message from [those of] the former peoples,

    الصافات ১৬৮

16. لَكُنَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمُخْلَصِينَ

    We would have been the chosen servants of Allāh."

    الصافات ১৬৯

17. فَكَفَرُوا۟ بِهِۦ ۖ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ

    But they disbelieved in it, so they are going to know.

    الصافات ১৭০

18. وَلَقَدْ سَبَقَتْ كَلِمَتُنَا لِعِبَادِنَا ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ

    And Our word [i.e., decree] has already preceded for Our servants, the messengers,

    الصافات ১৭১

19. إِنَّهُمْ لَهُمُ ٱلْمَنصُورُونَ

    [That] indeed, they would be those given victory

    الصافات ১৭২

20. وَإِنَّ جُندَنَا لَهُمُ ٱلْغَـٰلِبُونَ

    And [that] indeed, Our soldiers [i.e., the believers] will be those who overcome.

    الصافات ১৭৩

21. فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ حَتَّىٰ حِينٍ

    So, [O Muḥammad], leave them for a time.

    الصافات ১৭৪

22. وَأَبْصِرْهُمْ فَسَوْفَ يُبْصِرُونَ

    And see [what will befall] them, for they are going to see.

    الصافات ১৭৫

23. أَفَبِعَذَابِنَا يَسْتَعْجِلُونَ

    Then for Our punishment are they impatient?

    الصافات ১৭৬

24. فَإِذَا نَزَلَ بِسَاحَتِهِمْ فَسَآءَ صَبَاحُ ٱلْمُنذَرِينَ

    But when it descends in their territory, then evil is the morning of those who were warned.

    الصافات ১৭৭

25. وَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ حَتَّىٰ حِينٍ

    And leave them for a time.

    الصافات ১৭৮

26. وَأَبْصِرْ فَسَوْفَ يُبْصِرُونَ

    And see, for they are going to see.

    الصافات ১৭৯

27. سُبْحَـٰنَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ ٱلْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ

    Exalted is your Lord, the Lord of might, above what they describe.

    الصافات ১৮০

28. وَسَلَـٰمٌ عَلَى ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ

    And peace upon the messengers.

    الصافات ১৮১

29. وَٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ

    And praise to Allāh, Lord of the worlds.

    الصافات ১৮২
