Saheeh International

1. فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُۥ لِلْعُسْرَىٰ

   We will ease him toward difficulty.

   الليل ١٠

2. وَمَا يُغْنِى عَنْهُ مَالُهُۥٓ إِذَا تَرَدَّىٰٓ

   And what will his wealth avail him when he falls?

   الليل ١١

3. إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا لَلْهُدَىٰ

   Indeed, [incumbent] upon Us is guidance.

   الليل ١٢

4. وَإِنَّ لَنَا لَلْـَٔاخِرَةَ وَٱلْأُولَىٰ

   And indeed, to us belongs the Hereafter and the first [life].

   الليل ١٣

5. فَأَنذَرْتُكُمْ نَارًا تَلَظَّىٰ

   So I have warned you of a Fire which is blazing.

   الليل ١٤

6. لَا يَصْلَىٰهَآ إِلَّا ٱلْأَشْقَى

   None will [enter to] burn therein except the most wretched one

   الليل ١٥

7. ٱلَّذِى كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ

   Who had denied and turned away.

   الليل ١٦

8. وَسَيُجَنَّبُهَا ٱلْأَتْقَى

   But the righteous one will avoid it

   الليل ١٧

9. ٱلَّذِى يُؤْتِى مَالَهُۥ يَتَزَكَّىٰ

   [He] who gives [from] his wealth to purify himself

   الليل ١٨

10. وَمَا لِأَحَدٍ عِندَهُۥ مِن نِّعْمَةٍ تُجْزَىٰٓ

    And not [giving] for anyone who has [done him] a favor to be rewarded

    الليل ١٩

11. إِلَّا ٱبْتِغَآءَ وَجْهِ رَبِّهِ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ

    But only seeking the face [i.e., acceptance] of his Lord, Most High.

    الليل ٢٠

12. وَلَسَوْفَ يَرْضَىٰ

    And he is going to be satisfied.

    الليل ٢١

13. وَٱلضُّحَىٰ

    By the morning brightness

    الضحى ١

14. وَٱلَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَىٰ

    And [by] the night when it covers with darkness,

    الضحى ٢

15. مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَىٰ

    Your Lord has not taken leave of you, [O Muḥammad], nor has He detested [you].

    الضحى ٣

16. وَلَلْـَٔاخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ لَّكَ مِنَ ٱلْأُولَىٰ

    And the Hereafter is better for you than the first [life].

    الضحى ٤

17. وَلَسَوْفَ يُعْطِيكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرْضَىٰٓ

    And your Lord is going to give you, and you will be satisfied.

    الضحى ٥

18. أَلَمْ يَجِدْكَ يَتِيمًا فَـَٔاوَىٰ

    Did He not find you an orphan and give [you] refuge?

    الضحى ٦

19. وَوَجَدَكَ ضَآلًّا فَهَدَىٰ

    And He found you lost and guided [you],

    الضحى ٧

20. وَوَجَدَكَ عَآئِلًا فَأَغْنَىٰ

    And He found you poor and made [you] self-sufficient.

    الضحى ٨

21. فَأَمَّا ٱلْيَتِيمَ فَلَا تَقْهَرْ

    So as for the orphan, do not oppress [him].

    الضحى ٩

22. وَأَمَّا ٱلسَّآئِلَ فَلَا تَنْهَرْ

    And as for the petitioner, do not repel [him].

    الضحى ١٠

23. وَأَمَّا بِنِعْمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثْ

    But as for the favor of your Lord, report [it].

    الضحى ١١

24. أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ

    Did We not expand for you, [O Muḥammad], your breast?

    الشرح ١

25. وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ

    And We removed from you your burden
