الواقعة 17–الواقعة 50
متن عربی و ترجمهٔ انگلیسی
Saheeh International
يَطُوفُ عَلَيْهِمْ وِلْدَٰنٌ مُّخَلَّدُونَ
There will circulate among them young boys made eternal.
الواقعة ١٧بِأَكْوَابٍ وَأَبَارِيقَ وَكَأْسٍ مِّن مَّعِينٍ
With vessels, pitchers and a cup [of wine] from a flowing spring -
الواقعة ١٨لَّا يُصَدَّعُونَ عَنْهَا وَلَا يُنزِفُونَ
No headache will they have therefrom, nor will they be intoxicated -
الواقعة ١٩وَفَـٰكِهَةٍ مِّمَّا يَتَخَيَّرُونَ
And fruit of what they select
الواقعة ٢٠وَلَحْمِ طَيْرٍ مِّمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ
And the meat of fowl, from whatever they desire.
الواقعة ٢١وَحُورٌ عِينٌ
And [for them are] fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes,
الواقعة ٢٢كَأَمْثَـٰلِ ٱللُّؤْلُؤِ ٱلْمَكْنُونِ
The likenesses of pearls well-protected,
الواقعة ٢٣جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ
As reward for what they used to do.
الواقعة ٢٤لَا يَسْمَعُونَ فِيهَا لَغْوًا وَلَا تَأْثِيمًا
They will not hear therein ill speech or commission of sin -
الواقعة ٢٥إِلَّا قِيلًا سَلَـٰمًا سَلَـٰمًا
Only a saying [of] peace, peace.
الواقعة ٢٦وَأَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلْيَمِينِ مَآ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلْيَمِينِ
The companions of the right - what are the companions of the right?
الواقعة ٢٧فِى سِدْرٍ مَّخْضُودٍ
[They will be] among lote trees with thorns removed.
الواقعة ٢٨وَطَلْحٍ مَّنضُودٍ
And [banana] trees layered [with fruit].
الواقعة ٢٩وَظِلٍّ مَّمْدُودٍ
And shade extended.
الواقعة ٣٠وَمَآءٍ مَّسْكُوبٍ
And water poured out
الواقعة ٣١وَفَـٰكِهَةٍ كَثِيرَةٍ
And fruit, abundant [and varied],
الواقعة ٣٢لَّا مَقْطُوعَةٍ وَلَا مَمْنُوعَةٍ
Neither limited [to season] nor forbidden,
الواقعة ٣٣وَفُرُشٍ مَّرْفُوعَةٍ
And [upon] beds raised high.
الواقعة ٣٤إِنَّآ أَنشَأْنَـٰهُنَّ إِنشَآءً
Indeed, We have produced them [i.e., the women of Paradise] in a [new] creation
الواقعة ٣٥فَجَعَلْنَـٰهُنَّ أَبْكَارًا
And made them virgins,
الواقعة ٣٦عُرُبًا أَتْرَابًا
Devoted [to their husbands] and of equal age,
الواقعة ٣٧لِّأَصْحَـٰبِ ٱلْيَمِينِ
For the companions of the right [who are]
الواقعة ٣٨ثُلَّةٌ مِّنَ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
A company of the former peoples
الواقعة ٣٩وَثُلَّةٌ مِّنَ ٱلْـَٔاخِرِينَ
And a company of the later peoples.
الواقعة ٤٠وَأَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلشِّمَالِ مَآ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلشِّمَالِ
And the companions of the left - what are the companions of the left?
الواقعة ٤١فِى سَمُومٍ وَحَمِيمٍ
[They will be] in scorching fire and scalding water
الواقعة ٤٢وَظِلٍّ مِّن يَحْمُومٍ
And a shade of black smoke,
الواقعة ٤٣لَّا بَارِدٍ وَلَا كَرِيمٍ
Neither cool nor beneficial.
الواقعة ٤٤إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ قَبْلَ ذَٰلِكَ مُتْرَفِينَ
Indeed they were, before that, indulging in affluence,
الواقعة ٤٥وَكَانُوا۟ يُصِرُّونَ عَلَى ٱلْحِنثِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ
And they used to persist in the great violation,
الواقعة ٤٦وَكَانُوا۟ يَقُولُونَ أَئِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا وَعِظَـٰمًا أَءِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ
And they used to say, "When we die and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected?
الواقعة ٤٧أَوَءَابَآؤُنَا ٱلْأَوَّلُونَ
And our forefathers [as well]?"
الواقعة ٤٨قُلْ إِنَّ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ وَٱلْـَٔاخِرِينَ
Say, [O Muḥammad], "Indeed, the former and later peoples
الواقعة ٤٩لَمَجْمُوعُونَ إِلَىٰ مِيقَـٰتِ يَوْمٍ مَّعْلُومٍ
Are to be gathered together for the appointment of a known Day."
